Vice President of Marketing
Jennifer Ward began her career in the Direct Sales industry in the spring of 1998 as a face-to-face canvasser. She excelled immediately and her incredible work ethic, desire to help others succeed in the business, and extensive field experience did not go unnoticed. She was quickly promoted up the ranks to management and managed offices in Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto before becoming a National Trainer. As National Trainer, she traveled extensively across Canada and the United States mentoring other face-to-face marketing corporations. In the spring of 2003, Jennifer was asked to join TNI's head office in Peachland as Marketing Director, where her responsibilities shifted to a more client-centric focus. In this role, Jennifer worked with client contacts in establishing and implementing customized face-to-face marketing campaigns uniquely structured to each clients' needs. Jennifer found her niche here, once again excelling in her tasks, and in 2008, received a promotion to Vice-President of Marketing. After proving to be an invaluable member of the executive team, Jennifer was made a Partner in the company in 2009. Jennifer is incredibly dedicated to her profession and her relentless pursuit of excellence has been pivotal in TNI's successful acquisition of quality donors for its clients. In addition to her work with non-profit clients, Jennifer also oversees TNI's Marketing, Client Services, and Data Processing departments at head office. Always one to set goals for herself, Jennifer now looks to lend her expertise to face-to-face marketing endeavors on an international level.
